The Leadership Secret
Let me ask you a question...
What do you do to get yourself going in the morning for your new MLM and Network Marketing business??
Coffee?
Exercise?
Shower?
Brush your teeth?
Jump back into bed?

The odds are that you have been doing it for years, and have gotten pretty good at it.

There are 3 Types of Leadership in MLM.
1) Personal - this is where you lead YOU.
2) Formal - you lead Groups.
3) Mentoring -you lead Individually.
Fearless leadership is Crucial to your success in Network marketing, as it builds your other Leadership skills as you go.
Fearless Secret:
If you cannot Lead yourself, you cannot lead others.
There 3 things that you must develop in your Fearless leadership quest.
1) The Disclipline to start
2) The Burning Desire to continue
3) The Resolve to Complete.
Many won't get past numbers 1 and 2.
Fearless leadership requires you to START everyday the process of this business. And you MUST know THE MAGNET that pulls you past the starting line.
What is THE MAGNET?
What you want MLM to bring into your life is...your Why.
Why are you even in MLM? Many don't really know, and because of that, they are aimless trying to figure this business out. But it really is that simple--it is about Leadership. Plain and simple. Your "why" helps you get through the hard times, as it pushes you through mentally, physically, and psychologically.
Fearless leadership requires you to Continue through adversity. This is where most of the weak jump ship, never to return.
